No, At this time we only ship within the United States.

Big Daddys Boots & Shoes begins processing your order as soon as your online purchase is completed. Most orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days (Monday – Friday excluding holidays). For example, if you order an item on Monday, it will be shipped no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to location of your shipping address.

We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, except for military.

We use UPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Orders placed prior to 2 p.m. ET can be shipped the same day (business days), if express shipping is purchased at time of checkout.

We always aim for our customers to love our products, but if you do need to return an order we’re happy to help. Just click on this link RETURN login to your account to start the return process. Please note that return shipping charge is your responsibility.

Make sure to return the product in its original condition and packaging. Remember to place the shoebox in a suitable box for shipping. Avoid affixing the label directly to the original shoe box as this will result in a $10.00 reboxing fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your return credit to be processed after we receive the products at our warehouse. Note: The original shipping cost (if any) is not refunded. We will notify you via email when your return has been credited back to your card.

The warehouse does not send out exchanges automatically. Your credit card will be refunded once the warehouse receives and inspects (to satisfaction) your purchase for processing. You may reorder at any time as these are two separate transactions.

Yes. You are responsible for return shipping charges, however, once we receive your order and determine that there is a manufacturing defect you will be refunded your original shipping cost (if any), the purchase price with taxes (if any) and the return shipping cost.
